Westmere Lodge – Single Storey Rear Extension

Our brief was to allow for the demolition of the existing conservatory, replacing this with a single storey rear extension. Our client requested a new box window to the existing master bedroom, with a modern, glass balustrade added to the flat roofed extension below, forming a balcony area.

The adjoining sliding doors, allow for this property to really open up, creating a seamless living space between the indoor and outdoor areas.
