Single storey rear extension with balcony

A simple single storey kitchen extension taken to the next level with a flat roof and a balcony. The client wanted something unique, with access to the balcony from outside, hence the wrought iron spiral staircase. The bifold doors and glass balcony enable uninterrupted views and maximise natural light in the kitchen.
