These modern semi-detached properties are a one-of-a-kind project that we are proud of!

Our client acquired a plot of land and asked us to obtain planning permission for a pair of contemporary, three bed dwellings. We created a modern design, with an open plan ground floor and with the three bedrooms on the first floor. The cladding and render create a modern, contemporary look. Both properties were sold in record time on the open market. We continue to work with this developer on other exciting projects.
