Grade II listed building garden room extension

Listed building can be a challenge but our client wanted to create a sympathetic garden room extension and we took on the task. It wasn’t plain sailing with the planners but, once we obtained planning approval the client was able to build this beautiful garden room with a fully glazed gable.

No room was left untouched, and overall this project has completely transformed this Bungalow. This provided my client with more social living space to the rear, and also the ability to shut themselves away in the separate snug with inglenook fireplace and a log burning Stove.
