The aim, what we provided & the end result
This bungalow was purchased as a retirement property by our client who wanted to downsize. The bungalow was tired, and in need of a fresh makeover. With a south facing garden, and sitting nicely at the end of a cul-de-sac looking out onto open fields, it allowed us to create a stunning balcony with spectacular views. The whole house was renovated to provide social living space to the rear, and smaller rooms to the front taking full advantage of the location.
