Large side and rear extension

The existing rear cable had a two storey extension to create a new bedroom and en-suite and a one and a half storey side extension was built to accomodate two additional bedrooms. The existing ground floor had some internal alterations turning the property into a modern family home.

The extensions were designed to make a positive contribution to its surroundings, by making a clear statement in a traditional form of construction, using materials in-keeping with neighbouring buildings, whilst remaining minimalistic in its overall mass.
